The “Claim Startup or Claim Investor” only means taking over the full ownership of the company profile on the platform. Once you claim your company profile, you will be able to access, manage and edit the information of your company at any time.
To claim your company profile, click the “Claim Startup/Investor” button.

Once you claim your company profile, fill out your company information that you would like to show on the platform.
Once complete, click "Next" until you reach the last step, which is the "Social and Contact".
Finally, click the "Save Changes" button to update your company profile successfully.

All the details you have added will only get saved once you press the “Save Changes” button on the last page of the form.
Tips: You can go back to previous steps and add or edit information but it’s important that you save the changes by clicking the “Save Changes” button. This button will only appear at the last step section, so make sure to click “Next”.
Also, you can always edit your company profile at any time by going to your "My Companies" section which you can find it in your profile icon dropdown menu.

In case your company profile has already been claimed, you can reach out to your team member who had claimed it (registered team member in your company profile), and request to add you as a team member in order to gain access to the account.
